MERCK BOULDER

This project is a 24,000 gsf adaptive reuse of a precast twin tee manufacturing facility in an existing industrial complex. Transparency, light and an open space concept breakdown corporate barriers to promote a   collaborative office environment. Key features include:

• Moveable partition walls which allow flexible conference spaces and all-office meetings, 

• Work station configurations that are flexible, open and eliminate a confined work space feel.

• Budget was prioritized for an optimum interior work environment with minimal exterior landscaping and way-finding enhancements. 

• Shower facilities to promote alternative transportation modes in keeping with an active Boulder  lifestyle.

• Use of recycled and low VOC interior finishes.
